The Jools Holland Annual Hootenanny
A natural successor to the Old Grey Whistle Test, Later with Jools Holland is a live music show hosted by Jools Holland.
It has been running since 1992 , and it t regularly features a diverse range of both established and new musical artists, from solo performers to bands and larger productions.
Special editions broadcast on New Year's Eve each year are referred to as Jools Holland's Hootenanny. (Then the year, e.g. 2007).
The Jools Holland Annual Hootenanny is an annual New Year's Eve music show presented by Jools Holland as an off-shoot of his Later with Jools Holland series.
It's broadcast between 11 o'clock and around 1 o'clock every year on 31st December (UK) on BBC2.

Hootenanny what an excellent programme why doesn't the beeb have them all available to stream, maybe they will one day?

Hi there, yeah I know, to be honest I got sick of filling up YouTube accounts with videos just to have them repeatedly shut down, the problem has got a lot worse since Google took it over.
I posted quite a lengthy rant about this a while back now, i.e. “YouTube Sucks.” I tend not to use YouTube now, unless it’s absolutely necessary. I do intend on updating all of the removed links, it’s just that there’s a few hundred of them!!

any chance that you could send me a dvd with the videos on it? i will pay
