Jamie-T As Featured On Jo-The Mad Moose-Whileys' Live Lounge & Steve Lamacq (Radio1)

It's nice to see that Jamie-T is doing the publicity/promotional rounds before his new single, "If you've got the money," charts on Sunday (22 Oct 2006).

Personally I feel that this is the only reason that Jamie-T’s previous release, “Sheila” failed to meet expectations.

It entered –and dropped out of- the UK Top 40 in the space of two weeks and for the most part passed underneath the radar of the general public.

Yet every time Jo –mad moose- Whiley references Jamie-T or Sheila it is always followed or prefixed by, “A lot of you (the listeners) loved Sheila, and we still receive several requests every show for it (Sheila).”

And prior to the release I believe Jamie-T was pre-occupied with gigging and spending the majority of his time working on his album (which is scheduled for release on 22nd January 2007), and will be titled, “White Socks Black Shoes.” Which incidentally, you can see he is wearing in the photograph that accompanies the clip for Radio1’s Live Lounge, "If you got the money,” (below)
